General Rules & Regulations
Refundable deposit, first installement of annual fee and others fee mentioned during admission period for the first year should be paid in advance during admission.
Students failing to clear the dues in stipulated time can be expelled.
Admission fee will not be refunded.
Deposit will be refunded at the end of successful completion of course.
Minimum attendance requirement is 90% of the classes (Lecture, Practical and Tutorial) actually held.
Failure to have minimum attendance in a particular subject will deprive him/her to appear in semester examination in that subject.
Formation of student union/council with sole objectives to promote academic and extra-curricular activities of the students and provide suggestions to the College Management for further improvement is allowed. But any union activities of political nature is strictly prohibited and is punishable.
Students behaving out of discipline can be punished/expelled.
Any intended physical damages of properties belonging to HCOE will be charged.
